3rrcom Terms & Conditions

Welcome to 3rrcom. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 3rrcom ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 3rrcom platform available at 3rrcom.bet and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and services.

By creating a 3rrcom account, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 3rrcom platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 3rrcom. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

To register and maintain a 3rrcom account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age threshold is strictly enforced. 3rrcom will request a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification document to verify your age and identity.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not accessing 3rrcom from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of 3rrcom complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had a 3rrcom account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 3rrcom, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of any such person.

3rrcom reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during the registration process constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account with 3rrcom at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 3rrcom will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 3rrcom support immediately via live chat.

3rrcom offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA as an additional layer of account protection. 3rrcom may require 2FA to be enabled before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly dormancy administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts where permitted under applicable regulatory requirements, up to a maximum of the remaining balance. 3rrcom will notify you via your registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied.

3rrcom operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 3rrcom wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed on the deposit page within your account. 3rrcom does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.

Withdrawals: All withdrawals require full KYC verification to have been completed successfully prior to processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed during support hours (09:00–00:00 PKT). 3rrcom processes approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified for each payment method on the withdrawal page. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if additional documentation is required under AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations.

• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, where technically feasible.
• 3rrcom reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for any withdrawal request that triggers internal AML review thresholds.
• Bonus funds must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• 3rrcom will not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts, wallets, or payment instruments not registered in your verified name.

3rrcom offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions applicable to all 3rrcom promotions are set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible game categories are stated within each promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Accepting a new promotion while a previous bonus is still subject to wagering requirements will, unless stated otherwise, result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Eligible Games: Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games, certain table games, and sports betting — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirement must be fulfilled within the stated period, after which the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse Prevention: 3rrcom actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, and coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation. Accounts found to be engaged in such activity will be closed and balances voided.
• VIP Programme: VIP tier rewards, including those within the Black Diamond tier, are subject to separate VIP programme terms communicated individually to qualifying members by their personal account manager.

3rrcom reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification shall not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a player at the time of the change.

All bets and wagers placed on 3rrcom are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, as displayed within the platform at the time of placing the bet. The following general rules apply to all real-money wagering activity on 3rrcom:

• A bet is confirmed only when 3rrcom's system returns a confirmation message and the corresponding stake has been deducted from your account balance. Bets that are not confirmed due to connectivity issues, platform errors, or insufficient balance are not valid.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or payout figures, 3rrcom reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• For sports betting markets, 3rrcom follows standard industry settlement rules. In the event of event postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules displayed on the relevant market page.
• 3rrcom operates a maximum payout limit per event, per day, and per player. Maximum payout caps are displayed within the sportsbook and individual game interfaces where applicable.
• All casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual session or player.
• 3rrcom's decision on the settlement of any bet or game outcome is final, subject only to a formal dispute resolution request submitted through the support channel within thirty (30) days of the relevant event or game round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3rrcom platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, voiding of balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any casino game or poker variant to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software to place wagers or interact with the 3rrcom platform without genuine human input.
• Arbitrage & Bonus Abuse: Exploiting pricing discrepancies across markets, or systematically abusing promotional offers in a manner that does not constitute genuine recreational play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a deposit that has been wagered on the platform. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and the disputed amount will be pursued through available legal remedies.
• Money Laundering: Using the 3rrcom platform to deposit, transfer, layer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling. 3rrcom is legally obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Identity Fraud: Creating an account using another person's identity details, CNIC, or payment credentials. Identity fraud is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• VPN / Proxy Circumvention: Using VPNs, proxy servers, or similar technologies to conceal your true location or to access 3rrcom from a jurisdiction where such access is restricted.

All content on the 3rrcom platform — including but not limited to the 3rrcom brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, video content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3rrcom or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3rrcom platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the 3rrcom platform or its content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the 3rrcom software.
• Use the 3rrcom brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from 3rrcom without prior written approval.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any portion of the 3rrcom platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of 3rrcom's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted under this licence are reserved by 3rrcom.

3rrcom collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a 3rrcom account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data practices relevant to these Terms include:

• KYC documentation (CNIC, passport, utility bills, bank statements) is collected to fulfil regulatory identity verification obligations and is retained for the period required by applicable AML and gaming regulations.
• Transaction data, including all deposits, withdrawals, and wagering history, is retained for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with financial record-keeping requirements.
• 3rrcom does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or by contractual necessity.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to 3rrcom's legal obligations to retain certain records. Data access requests should be submitted to [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3rrcom's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 3rrcom account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3rrcom shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss or corruption of data or information.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, technical faults, or connectivity interruptions beyond 3rrcom's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure or your failure to notify 3rrcom of suspected unauthorised account access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 3rrcom's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

3rrcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion or cooling-off request from the account holder.
• Regulatory direction or court order requiring the account to be restricted.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being accessed by, or on behalf of, a minor.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the payment method of record, subject to successful identity verification.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 3rrcom support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any active wagering requirements will lapse upon account closure and associated bonus balances will be forfeited.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3rrcom holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 3rrcom's support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.

Dispute Procedure: Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting 3rrcom support directly at [email protected]. 3rrcom will respond to formal complaints within fourteen (14) business days. If the matter remains unresolved, you may escalate to the relevant regulatory body as indicated in your jurisdiction.

You agree that any claim or dispute must be brought on an individual basis. Class actions and collective proceedings against 3rrcom are not permitted to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3rrcom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 3rrcom will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at the time of next login.

Your continued use of the 3rrcom platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure.
