When your loss limit is reached, your account is automatically restricted from further wagering until the limit period resets. Set a maximum session duration. When your session time limit expires, 3rrcom will display a warning and then automatically log you out of your account. This helps prevent the kind of extended, unplanned gaming sessions that often lead to regrettable decisions and overspending.
Configure timed on-screen reminders that display how long you have been playing and your net win/loss position for that session. Reality checks interrupt the flow of play at regular intervals — every 30, 60, or 90 minutes — giving you the information you need to make a conscious decision about whether to continue.
If you need a short break from 3rrcom, activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account is suspended — you cannot log in, deposit, or wager. You can still contact support to request a withdrawal of your existing balance during this period.

Self-exclusion is binding and cannot be reversed during the selected period. 3rrcom will also suppress all marketing communications to self-excluded players immediately.
Self-exclusion is the strongest player protection tool 3rrcom offers. Once activated, your account is fully suspended — no logins, no deposits, no wagering. Here is exactly how the process works:

Choose from: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or indefinite. Consider your situation carefully — all periods are binding and cannot be shortened once activated.
You will be asked to confirm your decision via a verification step. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately — your account is suspended within minutes of confirmation.
You may contact 3rrcom support to request a withdrawal of your verified real-money balance after self-exclusion. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited.
All promotional emails, SMS messages, and in-platform notifications are stopped as soon as self-exclusion is confirmed. If you continue to receive communications, contact support immediately.
Once you activate self-exclusion, 3rrcom cannot reinstate your account before the chosen period ends — even if you request it. This is by design. The cooling-off is there to protect you. No real-money withdrawal will be processed until age and identity have been fully verified.
